7 Facts About Myself
1. I love sleeping in. I am counting down the days till school is out so I can sleep in EVERY SINGLE DAY this summer. The joy of it is that my kids will sleep in too!
2. When I was young I was convinced that I was going to have 6 kids. I don't know what the heck I was thinking! I had Sidney and the realities of motherhood hit me like a ton of lead bricks! I think two is a really good number for me!
3. I rarely sweep my kitchen floor. Seriously, like once a week if that! I hate sweeping! So when you come to my house don't look at my kitchen floor because chances are, it's pretty gross! (I just thought of a new chore for the girls!)
4. I am a VERY competitive person. We just started a biggest loser at school till the end of the year and I plan on annihilating every single person in the competition.
5. I love windy days. I think this stems from my childhood. My dad had a sailboat and we were out sailing on Sandusky Bay all the time. I loved sitting on the bow of the boat and feeling the wind on my face. To this day I love wind. (unless it's cold wind, of course!)
6. I'm a school librarian and I don't like to read. I very rarely read books for my own pleasure and enjoyment. Weird.
7. I love football. I love having a fantasy team. I love watching football no matter who's playing. I am really looking forward to football season coming back in the fall. Life just isn't the same without football!

Okay, when I think of sitting on the lake in Sandusky, Ohio, all I can think of is "Tommy Boy" - Tommy sitting in the boat with the girl, yelling at the boys on the beach - and NO wind!!! :o) Well, you're in luck: today is a perfectly windy day. :o)
That's too funny Deanna. I totally forgot Tommy Boy was based in Sandusky, Ohio. What a funny movie!
You ARE competitive! :) But that makes it fun to wii bowl with ya! :)
I LOVE sleeping in also- I hope to be able to some year from now:) I can't believe you don't like reading but your a librarian- that is too funny:)!!
I'm so with you on the sweeping... my floors are really gross. That's why we picked dark tiles... it's harder to see the dirt. Oh, and I totally get you on the sleeping in. jared bugs me sometimes about being up before the boys, so i just try harder to train them to sleep late!
