It's taken me a long time to realize it, but it has FINALLY dawned on me that it is ok to have frozen chicken nuggets and french fries for dinner. I need to remember that.

...and Megan and I make great Orange Chicken and Tangerine Beef from boxes from the Costco freezer section. Come for dinner again! It is as gourmet as I get these days!
