Something really cute happened at work today. Chris and I work in the same elementary school. I'm the librarian and he teaches 4th grade, so all of the kids know me, but mostly 3rd, 4th, and 5th graders know who he is. So today (because we have kids in 4th and 5th grades we aren't allowed to proctor the CSAP tests for those grades) we ended up in a 2nd grade classroom and that teacher went to proctor the test. One of the kids came up to me, realizing that both Mr. AND Mrs. Nicolaysen were in the room, and says...
"MR. Nicolaysen? Is he your brother?"
It made me laugh! I love 2nd graders!

Kids do say the funniest things. It looks like your own girls keep you laughing too. Such fun things.
Did you say "yes, he is my brother." and then make out with him? Oh wait, is that inappropriate? ;) That's a really cute story; I love the things little kids say. :)
