Well it's hard to believe but there are only 29 school days left. Where has this year gone? I'm looking forward to having the summer off, and for the warm weather to FINALLY be here. Not only that, but I'm determined to make it to the top of that darn incline by the end of the summer!! Come on summer!

Spring break
So this has been a really great spring break. The weather has been beautiful, Chris & I have both been off work, no school for the kids, what more could a girl ask for? So yesterday we decided to be all ambitious and hike the incline with our friends the Roncos. It was SO hard! I honestly couldn't believe how tough the kids were through the whole thing. None of us made it all the way to the top but Chris, Ron, Jared, Johnny and Megan came awfully close. I was really impressed!

2 down... 2 to go!
OK... here's an update. We paid off our second credit card today. YAHOOO!!!! We have two more to go. I wish we were halfway there in dollars too, but it won't be too long. If all goes according to plan (knock on wood) we should have the next card paid off in 2 months. Here's hoping there aren't too many bumps in our road!

Last, but not least...
Something really cute happened at work today. Chris and I work in the same elementary school. I'm the librarian and he teaches 4th grade, so all of the kids know me, but mostly 3rd, 4th, and 5th graders know who he is. So today (because we have kids in 4th and 5th grades we aren't allowed to proctor the CSAP tests for those grades) we ended up in a 2nd grade classroom and that teacher went to proctor the test. One of the kids came up to me, realizing that both Mr. AND Mrs. Nicolaysen were in the room, and says...
"MR. Nicolaysen? Is he your brother?"
It made me laugh! I love 2nd graders!
